This year we have received £15,840 in Extended Schools funding.  

This money allows the school to provide a wide range of additional services to support the school community.

A key part of the funding is the school Mini Bus which collects and drops off a number of children each day.  This school minibus is also available to use to take pupils to sporting events and school outings.  

We also use our funding to offset the cost of after school clubs.  By using a portion of our funding we can ensure clubs are kept at an affordable cost for parents.  

The funding pays for a private speech and language therapist to deliver weekly sessions for pupils in Primary 1 and Primary 2.  These sessions ensure all pupils have access to Speech and Language support which helps develop all children's speech and language needs.  

With the Funding we offer a weekly Spanish lesson for all children from Primary 1 to Primary 7.  These lessons help to develop the children's fluency in Spanish.
