Amy from Action Cancer visited today to talk to the nursery children about taking care of our bodies. We discussed healthy foods to eat, the importance of safety on sunny days and how exercise keeps us fit and healthy. We loved learning all about Mambo and Jazz, the Health Action Heroes.
