Enjoying the Outdoors

P2JW have been enjoying our Outdoor Areas since returning to school after our break. We enjoyed some fun in the snow as well as a walk through our Fishmongers’ Trail in the snow. We found lots of bird and animal tracks as well as looking at the pond which was frozen over. We enjoy using our imaginations during play and are great at creating constructions and problem solving. We have been reading ‘Winter Sleep- A Hibernation Story’ for our Core book and so today we built some hedgehog beds and dens in the forest. We are making clay hedgehogs during Play indoors. The weather never puts us off, we just love learning outside!
