P6/7MF and P7GC Have been really enjoying our work with Hanna and Paul from Skill School.
The children have been working with the two leaders to complete a programme from the LIPS service (Limavady Inatitive for the Prevention of Suicide). The children have been looking at the importance of looking after your own mental health alongside your physical health.
We have explored topics such as self-esteem, resilience, support networks and much much more.
