There was lots of excitement in P2JW today due to Pancake Tuesday. We found out why we celebrate Shrove Tuesday and why we eat Pancakes on it. We helped Mrs Whyte measure the ingredients and mix the batter. We each flipped our pancake in the pan and when it was ready we added our toppings. We could choose Maple Syrup, butter, sugar, lemon juice or chocolate spread. We really enjoyed them.
