Term 1 Update

It has been a busy Term 1 in Primary 5. We’ve been working hard in Literacy and Numeracy and our teachers are very impressed with all that we have learned so far. We have written some super stories as part of our focus on narrative writing and have enjoyed the opportunity to be imaginative and creative. In maths we have been learning how to tell the time and believe it or not, we can use both analogue and digital time now!

We have also learned a lot about ‘Outer Space’. Learning about some of the different planets and researching some famous astronauts and space missions. One of our highlights was building rockets as part of a STEM challenge. They went really high into the sky!

It’s hard to believe that we have come to the end of term 1 already but we would like to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas.
