Term3

Our topic this term was called How Does Your Garden Grow. We loved finding out about parts of a plant also what plants need to grow and many more facts about the season of Spring. We also learned how to say the 4 seasons in Spanish.

Tony Mullan came to tell us all about growing plants and vegetables. He helped us plant strawberries. We are going to look after them by doing some weeding and making sure they get enough water.

In class we planted decorated pots and planted grass.

As part of our Shared Education Programme we made some sheep and a card for the residents of Cornfield. We potted a plant for each resident and made a video telling them about all the things we are going to be doing during our Summer holidays.

We can’t wait until our Summer holidays and are looking forward to P4.
